Thanks to generous donations over the last three years, over 20 faculty and staff apartments — representing over 20,000 square feet of prime campus living space — have been beautifully created or built, remodeled and outfitted with new and donated amenities and furniture.
Dignified accommodations like these are vitally important for attracting new faculty and administrators and accommodating them within our campus community. Quality housing makes it possible for MIU to attract and retain high-level personnel who have the competence, advanced degrees, and high qualifications that make MIU a center of knowledge and excellence.
There are ten more apartments in need of upgrade, with families waiting to occupy.

MIU Pledge Program
We invite you to support MIU by making a pledge of $25,000 or more to the project(s) of your choice over three or five years. You can fulfill your pledge with monthly or annual contributions. All donors at these pledge levels receive immediate recognition in the first year of their commitment, with ongoing acknowledgment and tailored benefits that reflect the significance of their investment in MIU’s growth and future.
